Sorry mọi người vì khả năng ken có hạn nên hôm nay ken chính thức xin rút khỏi ban điều hành devise. Hiện tại ken chỉ là mod trên diễn đàn này. Còn chức phó chủ tịch hội sinh viên việt nam tại deakin mình xin giao lại cho ban chấp hành hiện tại và chủ tịch titan.

Hi all,
BDH rất cảm ơn sự giúp đỡ của: Ty, Grace, Nam Lê, Bếp lào, Hugo, Tom, Mr D, Tuấn, Ngân, etc đã giúp đỡ promote Devise trong thời gian mấy ngày đầu của 0'week - Deakin (2/03/09 - 15/03/09).
DEVISE đã kết nạp được thêm nhiều thành viên trong đợt vừa qua! Ngôi nhà chung DEVISE của chúng ta ngày càng bền vững & lớn mạnh!!!
Rất mong nhận được sự đóng góp của các thành viên khác trong thời gian tới: Devise's logo, events, activities, etc.

[*]Sắp tới (Easter day 10/04), sẽ có buổi camping chung tất cả các trường (Deakin, Swinburne, La Trobe, Monash, Melbourne, RMIT) trong vòng 2 ngày. CODE OF ETHICS FOR EXECUTIVES
I. GENERAL RULES
- All members MUST comply this code of ethics.
- The association’s management board is elected at the end of a calendar year. Every member can nominate other and/or be self-nominated. The election will be notified in the association’s forum publicly.
- Each management board lasts for only one year (valid from 01/01 to 31/12 of a calendar year).
- In case an issue is raised there will be a vote to choose the final decision by 5 members of the board. The final decision will be made depends upon the majority.
- The management board consists of five members: President, 3 vice presidents (VP) and a general secretary (GS). As following hierarchy:

II. RESPONSIBILITIES FOR EACH POSITION
II.1. President:
• President position is kept by a person for maximum one term.
• Have the right to access DEVISE's email.
• Represent DEVISE and take charge of setting overall goals and missions of the association.
• Manage and decide overall activities of DEVISE.
• Decide & sign all contracts relates to DEVISE: advertising, sponsorships, employments, activities, etc.
• Allocate tasks to subordinates: general secretary and three vice Presidents.
• Work with issues that relates to university and state government.

II.2. General secretary (GS)
• GS position is kept by a person for maximum 2 continuous terms.
• Have the right to access DEVISE's email.
• Record all membership information.
• Simultaneously, general secretary is the treasurer of the association.
• Notify news to all members in management board.
• Contact and pass all information from management board to all members.

II.3. Vice President (VP) 1: Innovator and foreign affairs
• VP 1 position is kept by a person for maximum 2 continuous terms.
• Working on behalf of President when President is out of Australia.
• Take charge of foreign affairs with other universities’ association and assist President in relation with partners.
• Communicating with DUSA (Deakin University Student Association) to co-operate activities between two associations in Deakin.
• Working as an “innovator” role: means always coming up with new innovative ideas for the association.
• Implementing new ideas, advise members in working together for the ideas.

II.4. Vice President 2: Welfare and outside activities promotion
• VP 2 position is kept by a person for maximum 2 continuous terms.
• Take charge of internal affairs, particularly: DEVISE's plans, events, entertainment activities, etc.
• Looking for new members and attracting new members for DEVISE.
• Assisting and answer all questions which come from members.
• Take charge of members' welfare such as: accommodation, part-time job, study, etc.
• Promoting DEVISE through plans, missions, and media.
• Working with team leaders to perform internal activities.

II.5. Vice President 3 - Clubs and promotion
• VP 3 position is kept by a person for maximum 2 continuous terms.
• Take charge of managing sport clubs, organizing sport championship.
• Co-operating with other associations in relation to sports.
• Managing online forum, promote DEVISE through this forum.
• Working with club leaders (football, badminton, cooking, etc) in those clubs activities.
• Working with vice President 2 in other internal affairs.
